Decimal Precision on a Bar chart

Hi,
I have a Bar chart that uses SUM aggregation of a field. By default the Decimal Precision is to 2 decimal places
and it shows:
But when I change it to
It looks like this.
Surely the two 00 after the decimal point should not be there?
Any advice?

Yes but what he's saying is that AFTER the precision is calculated it still DISPLAYS the "unnecessary" .00

I just tested this in a Tokyo instance.
I used a score to sum all cost_plan's total costs (and also cost in functional currency just in case)
Here was my precision setting:
Resulting in the following result
So lets start digging deeper
1) what version are you on
2) what is the data type of the field you're aggregating
3) if its currency, please screenshot your format settings and results.

I have a pie chart report for SLA. It show decimals in parenthesis in the label. I set the decimal precision 1 one but it still shows 2. Does this possible not work in pie chart reports?
