In my department, we have a large number of Projects being tracked in SPM, but it’s often difficult to clearly understand what each project is delivering. It would be extremely helpful to have an information pack or dashboard that summarises the current landscape of Projects in PPM. This would allow us to be more proactive and informed when providing Portfolio Management services.
Has anyone implemented something similar, or can recommend the best way to generate this type of consolidated project overview in ServiceNow?
