I'm trying to remove or disable the "Attach Article" popup that appears in CSM Workspace when an agent clicks the Attach button from Agent Assist / Related Search Results.
Currently, when the agent selects Attach on a knowledge article, a modal titled "Attach Article" opens and requires input before the article can be attached to the case.
What I'm looking for:
- Disable the popup completely.
- Either remove the Attach action or allow the article to be attached directly without displaying the modal.
- Preferably an upgrade-safe/OOB configuration rather than customization.
I've checked the Workspace configuration but haven't been able to identify whether this modal is controlled by:
- UI Builder
- Declarative Actions
- Agent Assist configuration
- UX Screen Collections
- Another workspace component
Has anyone successfully removed or overridden this popup? If so, could you share where this behavior is configured and the recommended approach?
Environment: CSM Workspace with Agent Assist enabled.
