Open filter panel - list on dashboard

When attempting to filter a list on a dashboard in Platform Analytics (Zurich), I see that one of the columns has a button to 'Open panel' to filter the column, but nothing happens when I click it. Is there something I need to configure first for the panel to open?

We're encountering the same issue. I'm wonder if you've opened a ServiceNow support ticket in regard to this issue?

@kwong43, thank you for your response, interesting to know that someone else has the same issue. I wasn't sure if there was something I was missing or if it's an actual issue. One work around I found is to reverse the filters you have set on that column, for example I had my filter conditions set to "status is not one of..." and after I flipped the filter to do the opposite "status is one of..." the panel button went away and filtering on the column worked as expected.

We have the same issue while we are testing Zurich
