Hi All,
I want to display data label for bar chart when I select stacked by option. Is there a way to tweak the default sys properties to enable it or any other means to get the desired result.
In the stacked by option if I select 'None' I get to see the display data label option otherwise I don't see it. I won't to modify the base system properties to achieve it.
Also in a donut char I want to display the sum total in center and the data label for wedges,
Please assist me in achieving the above things.
Regards,
Narmi

Hi Anders,
I too was able to get it, By default when you have stack by option selected it hides the display data label option.
so you need to trick the system by first selecting none in stack by option and then selecting the stack by option.
By doing so you get to see the data labels even for stacked chart.
Its normal chart nothing to do with Performance Analytics.

They must have removed this trick as I'm not getting it. Does anyone know of if there is a way now?

I guess when you stack columns together it makes no sens to show label as there are more than one data stacked together.
Regarding total number in the center of donut you can have it only with hidden legend.

Hi Slawekradziewicz,
You are right, it wouldn't make sense if you have multiple data points stacked together but when you have two or three data points then it would make sense.
Regarding total number in the center of donut I had this options to show labels in the center (total) and for each wedges of the donut in other tools. Which clearly indicates to a user how much of total each portion of wedge is displays.
