Does a report exist that will show me the percentage of use for an assigned role? For example, my CIO needs to see a report that will show how often a role is used by the individual it is assigned to. Is there a report that does that?

Hi @Margaret3 ,
I don't think so on such OOTB report logic exit. In other word, system validates the individual user role before processing any data/module request. Also, system keeps some role related authorization user's active login session and use it wherever needed which is very difficult to calculate.
Instead try to figure out,
- how many users not login in system in last 3 month even if they are consuming any licensed role.
- how many users are not working as fulfilment team (like: itil role) even if they are part of role based group.
-Thanks,
AshishKM

Hi @Margaret3,
this might be a tricky as one user can have multiple roles. Or do you mean that CIO wants to know percentage of - for example ITIL role - how many users have it assigned and how many of them use it?

He wants to know the percentage of time they use it in, say a year. He feels as though we are giving out too many licenses.
