Does anybody use the Service Portal Log Entry Table (sp_log)? If so, how?

We think there's power in the analytics of the data captured in this log to identify the need for new knowledge or improved knowledge (searchability and findability).  We'd like to learn how others are using this data to improve knowledge and self-service use.  Thanks!

Hi, I've been meaning to test out Text Analytics which is a new feature in Kingston and this seems like an interesting way to do it.   I set it up to analyze the Text field from the sp_log table and I was able to create the following Word Cloud from it.    This is just demo data, so your mileage may vary when using the real thing.
