Hi everyone!
I have a Drill Down report in a dashboard which is published in Service Portal, however when I open the dashboard I see this -> "The report drilldown is incorrectly configured to the table. Delete the drill and create a new one, or change the main report's table"
Set up of the report and corresponding drill down are on images attached.
Can anyone give a help?
Thanks a lot!!
Dany

Interesting question. I do know the last level of a Drilldown should always be a list- if its only 1 level to drilldown i think the 2nd report should be a list instead of a pie

Hi Bammar!
As far as I know last level of a Drilldown is going to be a list, no matter what you do but I appreciate your suggestion, because it gave me an idea that I tested, though no success yet.
The things is, whenever an user from my organization access the dashboard, the drilldown works but once I impersonate the client the error appears.
Thanks!!

I imagine there are quite a few things that cause this generic error, but in a domain separated environment I needed to change the drill down domain to higher level in order for the client to view it. The drill down ended up saving in a different domain than parent report when creating in report editor.
drill downs live in sys_report_drill table.
/sys_report_drill_list.do?
