Dynamic data binding with dropdown component and list & score component

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a dashboard in ServiceNow UI Builder and need help with dynamically updating a table based on a dropdown selection. Specifically, I want the table and its query to change depending on the selected value from the dropdown.

Additionally, my dashboard includes single score components that are dynamically bound—when clicked, they update a list component to display matching records. I want to ensure that this behavior remains intact while implementing the dynamic table update.

A couple of key questions:

1. How can I dynamically update the table and query based on the dropdown selection?
2. Is there a way to set a default option as "None" in the dropdown component?
