Dashboard owners are getting a dialog after adding users and assignment group to share their dashboard. The message reads: " When changing dashboard permissions, dashboard group permissions no longer apply "
What may be causing this message and what does it mean?

I'm also getting the below error in Washington every time I add a user or group to the Dashboard using the "Share" setting. What does it mean? The link to the article Ashutosh posted does not address this issue.
