Exportacion de Incidentes en Excel

Tengo problemas al exportar información de "tickets" en Excel, el filtro lo genero de forma correcta y al momento de exportar la información en Excel o PDF esta se visualiza incompleta siendo que el campo tiene mas caracteres.  

Me podrían indicar en donde especifico el tamaño o longitud máxima de los datos a mostrar dentro de un campo, de ante mano muchas gracias.

You could make the short description the detail row:

If that doesn't work, I think it may be the "no_truncate" attribute which would stop this form truncating in the list view:

I'm hesitant to change this on incident, but if that is what you need to do, you can.
