I have done some research and I can't seem to find anything on this and I hope someone has some info on whether it can be done or not.
I have a widget - ticket aging. The user clicks through on a wedge and they get the default PA score sheet. Is there a way to create a specific drill down like there is on the reports?
The request here is to display those tickets by assignment group as the upper level is based on business service so our service owners know who is working on their tickets that are in the queue.
Is there a way to default the list view's display if I can't set the drill down? It would be a temporary solution to at least have the list view on records be grouped by assignment group when they come in.

We are in Jakarta, upgrading to London in a few weeks. Jakarta doesn't have that feature but it is exactly what I need. Thank you Adam and Slawek.
