Extracting Application Owner Details

Hi All,

I need extract a list of all service and product owner names from service now.   Can anyone advise how I do this?   I need to conduct mandatory training and target this training to these product and service owners.

Hi Lynda,

You should be able to navigate to the business service and product tables and add the field that would indicate the owner, then export to excel.

Without specific information about how your instance is configured or what ServiceNow products you have purchased, it is difficult to provide detailed instructions. "products" and "services" are used quite a bit to describe various bits of information (and may even vary from customer to customer.) If you can locate the right table and it has an owner or assigned to field on it, then it is quite easy to generate a report.
