I am looking to create a report that will bring in all of the Change Requests approved underneath of a manager? He runs 11 mnemonics and wants a report of all of the changes approved inside of his "tree."
I was adding in all of the mnemonics separately but every time a mnemonic becomes decommissioned or a mnemonic is added to his watch, we have to go back in and redo the filter. Can we just search by the manager and catch any changes under him?

Hi @smp8644 do you mean 'tag' when you say 'mnemonics'? If not please explain a bit more, a screen grab of what you've already done would be helpful as well.
Thanks

Our teams are called Mnemonics. I have a manager who manages say 10 teams. I am looking to create a search that will pull all change requests that are approved for a team that is underneath of that manager. Instead of adding each team in individually, I was wondering if I could add the manager to the search and pull everything for all teams under him that way if he drops or picks up an additional team, it is covered and we dont have to go alter the search.
Hope that explains a bit more
Not a great search queue but what I started with.

Hello @smp8644 assuming mnemonic table is similar to OOB user groups, you can simply dot walk the group for the manager, and specify the manager of interest.
after clicking on group fields, you should see

pick appropriate Manager.
hope this helps
