I’m trying to set up specific values for a filter in Platform Analytics, after converting a dashboard.
For the filter source, I selected the relevant table and then the value I want to filter on are Topics.
There are over 1800 values that fit this criteria. I only need a few to toggle between for this data.
When I try to refine the results, the only way to do so is through individual check boxes.
Is there are better may to update/specify needed values in these filters? Mass select/unselect?

We are experiencing a very similar limitation in Platform Analytics.
We would like to configure a filter that displays only the Incident records actually returned by the report dataset.
If we use Incident Metric.Number as the Filter source, the filter correctly recognizes and displays Incident numbers (INCxxxxxx), but we have not found a way to easily restrict the available values to only the records included in the report results. The only available option seems to be manually deselecting values one by one, which is not practical when dealing with a large number of records.
On the other hand, if we try to use a more complex filter source with additional conditions to reduce the available values, we are no longer able to correctly map the Number field in the Data to filter section, so the filter stops working as expected.
Has anyone found a way to dynamically limit the filter values to the records returned by the report dataset, or a better approach to manage this scenario in Platform Analytics?
