Hi ServiceNow Community,
I'm kinda turned around on a configuration issue that I've been trying to work through regarding how to best set the Range limit(s) and Range color(s) for a custom Target to work with a custom Formula Indicator to check percentage of compliance rates on a table.
The goal is to use a Single Score Data Visualization to show the percentage in Green for > 90%, Yellow for anything between 60% and 90% and Red for < 60%.
Despite my best efforts to read and review documentation and videos, I can't get past how to properly get the threshold colors to synchronize or rather show the proper color per the thresholds.
I have the data populating correctly from the table to the widget, but the UI part, showing the colors, is the last hurdle to get over.
I would really appreciate any help on how best to configure the Target value tab on the Target record. Right now, I have it set to 90 per the 90% threshold, but also used 100 as the Target value to test and nothing effective came.
And also... any help on how to best set the Range limit for 1, 2, 3 and 4 the right way.
Right now have:
Range limit 1: -100
Range limit 2: -40
Range limit 3: -10
Range limit 4: 0
I've also tried other combinations like this one below:
Range limit 1: 0
Range limit 2: 10
Range limit 3: 40
Range limit 4: 50
The Range colors:
Range color 1: Red
Range color 2: Yellow
Range color 3: Green
Range color 4: Green
Range color 5: Green
And I have the Indicator(s) "Direction" set to Maximize.
I realize I may be missing a step or not using something already out-of-box to more easily set the colors.
I'd appreciate any help with this.
Respectfully
