This should be tabular widget based on all HR cases, specifically showing count of HR cases that met Same Day Resolution.
Col 1 = Current timeframe SDR %
Col 2 = Previous timeframe SDR %
Col 3 = WoW Changed %
Breakdown - date filter
Filter for current timeframe and previous timeframe to be base of the date filter applied to the report. WoW is the % change between the Current and Previous data.
I have created a formula indicator and getting this week and previous week adn WOW%.
but it is not dynamically giving the data based in filter.
any suggestions that will be help.
