Did you install it and they weren't available, even after logging out and back in?
Are you checking the correct part of the platform -> Platform Analytics has the new dashboards, while old dashboards are in the old menu. What dashboards are the FSO ones?

Performance Analytics Content Pack for FSO plugin is not visible on application manager or store.
Does anyone knows how to get this plugin in Yokohama?

This is a 2 month old post and doesn't really have to do with the question asked. It's always better to ask your own question instead of replying to someone else's, unless it is exactly the same. It will help others when they are looking for exactly the same as you, because it won't be found here.
