I've built a number of formula indicators representing a number of metrics we measure. They all work, represent accurate data, and are configured to collect the matrices. They are also configured around 7/8 specific breakdowns we need to measure across.
Again, these breakdowns also work, and display the desired data in the Analytics Hub.
Now I'm trying to get them into a interactive dashboard for our leadership, and I'm getting stuck because despite them being configured to follow the interactive dashboards, they don't work.
Changing the element of a filter does not filter the widgets.
I'm using Interactive Filter widgets, because while the 'dashboard breakdowns' work, they only allow for one filter to be applied at a time (which is a dumb and arbitrary limitation).
**I don't have them both on, I just added the dashboard one to get it in the screenshot.
Based on the gist of Now's docs, it's maybe related to the 'Method' selected in the formula widget?
But the articles are so poorly written, the 'explanation' provided is incoherent, and I cannot tell when they do, or when/why one would be used over another.
Hoping someone here can help.

Hi @tim_treacy ,
The PA widgets follows breakdown and not interactive filter, hence it will not work. The reason why the once in the top works is, that you have designed the breakdown source to act as interactive filter.
Still, if I refer to your comment "'m using Interactive Filter widgets, because while the 'dashboard breakdowns' work, they only allow for one filter to be applied at a time " , you should be able to have multiple selection in a breakdown just as shown below:

Hi @hind ,
You need to create an automated breakdown to breakdown the score by assignment group. Remember that the breakdown needs to be assigned to all automated indicators and formula indicator.
