The OOB Dashboard in PA says its inactive can you advise how to modify this.

I activated the dashboard but still no data available

Okay. To populate the data you need to create and execute data collector jobs.

Below are the indicators used on this dashboard.

Number of open requested items

Average age of updated since of open requested items

Average age of open requested item

Average re-assignment of open requested items

Summed age of open requested item

Summed re-assignment of open requested item

Summed age of updated since of open requested item

Create two jobs. One to collect the historical data and one for daily data. This should do the trick. Let me know if it worked.
