Hi Vignesh,
You need to deal with the dashboard permission.
when sharing the dashboar you need to give the security rules for the user, groups.
please find below link for setting dashboard permission hope this will help you.
Please mark reply as Correct/Helpful, if applicable. Thanks!
Thanks,
Tushar

The dashboard overview page shows the dashboard(s) that the users have access to. In your example the user has access to 8 dashboards and that's what the overview page shows. If he/she would only have access to 1 it would show only 1.

David,
Business says it might be confusing for the users hence they want to have it like how it was before. Option to select the other dashboards assigned to that person from clicking the dropdown button(screenshot below) and not to show everything in 1 page as per my previous screenshot

This should still be a user preference (do you want to see homepages or dashboards). That being said, dashboards perform better and generally provide a better user experience compared to homepages. There is a system preference that can also set the default page when you log in. If you want to change that, that is fine (not recommended, but fine). Continuing to use homepages and not switching to homepages will prevent you from taking advantage of all the improvements that dashboards have.

Adam, i will try to set default homepage view for all the users as the issue here is our portal is public portal and that creates confusion to the groups when we move to new views. Is there any other possibility to hide "Open Dashboard version" button on Homepage.
