How can I get an Interactive Filter to work with SLA tables?

Tamika Roberts

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to allow the users of the dashboard to filter by program and date, however, the interactive filters are not working with the TASK SLA table. I have also tried to use the cascading filter which was suggested on another question asked with a similar situation.

I have selected the apply to all tables in the hierarchy because I know the program is on the incident table in my instance. I have also allowed for the interactive filter in the settings of the report.

Example:

Using the Task SLA table; where the stage is breached or has been breached is true - I would like for the dashboard users to select the timeframe (date) or Program of their choice. If they select yesterday, the breached score will only show any tickets that were breached yesterday.

Can someone point me in the correct direction because it is not working?

Thank you

I did read this article before posing my question, I will try it and mark this helpful if it works for me. Thank you.

That article was helpful but and I have saved for future reference -

I created two tabs to solve my challenge one specific to the reports on the SLA table.
