How can I group by "Assignment Group" but sort by "Count" on a Trend report?

Hello,

I created a report with the following criteria (see screenshot). Is there a way to sort the results by Count so I can either show the highest number first while retaining the Group By on Assignment Group? Currently the results are grouped by Assignment Group which I need but I can't figure out to sort the results by Count.

My results currently look like this...

Assignment Group             Task Count

Assignment Group 1              54

Assignment Group 2             199

Assignment Group 3             170

Assignment Group 4             201

But I need this...

Assignment Group             Task Count

Assignment Group 4             201

Assignment Group 2             199

Assignment Group 3             170

Assignment Group 1              54

Hi Allen, 

Thanks for the reply! That didn't work for me. When I added that Sort the following message was displayed at the top of my chart:

"WARNING: Invalid order by field "active": You can only order by the "Trend" field and/or the "Group by" field"

If you know of anything else I can try please let me know.

Hi,

I wasn't meaning to suggest you use active...as highlighted in my screenshot....that was just me showing you where to go (see mouse cursor...).

You'd want to choose: Sort results by A-Z, which should convert to High to Low. Just look at the fields there. See what looks possible and try it.

OK I'm with you now. Yes, I did look there when trying to figure this out but I would need "Count" to appear in that field and it does not. Thanks again for the reply.
