Is it possible to export all fields including 'variables' on Request Item form?

Hi Developers,

Would it be possible to export to PDF all data including 'variables' on request item?

OOB the export buttons (for PDF export) are exporting all data except for 'variables' part, when the 'Export to PDF' is performed.

If anyone has achieved this , kindly help me.

Please let me know, if there is any alternate option for exporting all data in PDF format.

Hi,

We had similar requirement and as an alternative we suggested our users to use "Printer friendly version" under system settings

Open any RITM and  then click Setting --> Printer friendly version and  then export to pdf. This will also export all the variables in RITM.

Thank You so much for your reply Suraj. Yes, we knew that we could print all data in 'PDF' format by using using Printer Friendly Version . However, the requester wants to get it exported quickly by using export button. I will inform requester about your experience on this requirement and mention this is the only available option (using Printer Friendly Version) currently to export variables in PDF Format.

Hi , I want user to directly download PDF of the RITM variables after clicking the button but in print friendly version it adds two three steps which is after clicking the button it will open print friendly then from that user will save as pdf but i want that after clicking the button it should directly download pdf , Pls help me with this how to acieve this .
