Select add widget

Select Content Blocks

Select Static HTML

then create your list

May be other ways but this works

Thanks both of these options work.  What I am finding is that I believe this can only be done my ADMIN role so when I get to Create new record I can't move any further.

Do you know if any other role can perform this task?  I am PA Admin and Report Admin and Dashboard Admin.  Would thought these roles could at least perform this function.
