The dropdown at the bottom of this report allows me to essentially drilldown by assignment group, category, priority etc. Just wondering what/where I select to add/edit this.
Which version are you on? If Jakarta, click the Configure tab. If the group by shows NONE but you're added some groupings by clicking on 'Additional group by', then the drop down box will default to none.
Another option is to add something to the main Group by box - this would be your default grouping. Then you could still add the other options by clicking the 'Additional group by' box.

It's not intuitive BUT it's the best thing ever for the reporting module: click on the + to the right of 'group by'.
