How do I resort my data sources within my Dashboard?

I am using the same data source, but using different conditions for each, by year. I want my sources ordered with current year being at the top, followed by last year, etc. However, I am unable to resort/move them. I've attached a screenshot. Please advise! Thank you!

Hi Victoria,

This is a known limitation in the current Data Visualization configuration UI.

As of now, there is no "Drag and Drop" or "Move Up/Down" functionality for the Data Sources list once they are added.

To get them in the specific order you want (2026 > 2025 > 2024), you have to use the "Remove and Re-add" workaround:

  1. Take note of the specific conditions/filters you used for each year (so you can recreate them easily).

  2. Delete the data sources that are in the wrong position (click the 3 dots > Remove).

  3. Add them back in the exact sequence you want them to appear.

    • First, add 2026.

    • Then, add 2025.

    • Finally, add 2024.

The visualization renders the series based on the order they were added to this list, so re-adding them is currently the only way to force a specific sort order for the data series themselves.
