How do I track tickets touched by individuals of certain queues?

Hello,
What I'm needing is a way to track backlogs. Whether they were resolved or routed to a different queue by individuals of a certain assignment group.
I need to be able to see, for example, on the service desk, each individual member's tickets for a month. I need to know how many they resolved and how many they sent to another queue and what those are and to be ordered in per person sort of way. This seems very difficult to do so far.
