Does anyone know how to enable "Interactive Filters" to work with Custom Charts? Is this even possible?

After you add your report or gauge to the dashboard, you can add Interactive filters. Then on the gauge, click gear, Edit Widget, and check Follow Interactive Filter.
Change your filter, and the gauge should update.

Michael, this is true for normal reports and gauges. When I create custom charts and add them to dashboards the "Follow Interactive Filter" piece is not there. I'm wondering if there is some piece of code that we can use in the custom chart code to pull in interactive filter data.

Michael, what change did you add to the report to get it to follow the widget? I have a Project custom widget but the project reports are not updating when I change (there is no filter on the reports).
Thanks!

After you've added it to the homepage, click the gear on the widget, Edit Widget, then check Follow Interactive filter.
