When working within a Platform Analytics Dashboard in the Analytics Center, I can see where to change the visibility of the dashboard so that it can appear in a workspace. But after adding the desired workspace to the list (Service Operations Workspace in our case), I still cannot see the dashboard anywhere in the target dashboard.
I expect there would be a Platform Analytics or Performance Analytics dashboard icon on the purple bar on the overview page of any workspace. But it's just not there in our instance of the Service Operations Workspace. I can see it in the Agent Workspace, but when I click I only get options for viewing KPIs. There is no dashboard list.
I checked the Application Manager to see if there were any plugins or addons related to dashboards that were not installed. But did not find any related to Platform Analytics specifically.
I also could not find anything in the UI Builder either related to Platform Analytics or Performance Analytics.
Is there a system property that needs to be turned on or something? Is there something else I'm missing?

Adding the workspace into the dashboard visibility list only makes it possible to add the dashboard to that workspace. You still have to actually add it, which requires you to first add a new page using the Dashboards page template to your workspace. Please see the documentation Add a dashboard to a Dashboards page.

Thanks for the reply. In our instance of the Service Operations Workspace there isn't any icon on the left navigation bar to get you to any sort of dashboard area. And I'm not seeing any way to add one using the UI Builder.
When I open the UI Builder, and open The Service Operations Workspace, my screen looks nothing like what is pictured in the accepted solution of the community post you suggested. There is no reference to a landing Page or an Events options to select.

When you update the Service Operations Workspace (sn_sow_itsm_cont) plugin, a new dashboard icon is displayed in the navigation bar. On this page, you can see the Platform Analytics dashboards that are shared with the Service Operations Workspace.
