So we just want to know How we can check the unauthorized change happened in any CI's without Change request. what would be the steps to be followed to get the unauthorized change report.

Per ITIL, an unauthorized change is a “change made to the IT infrastructure that violates defined and agreed Change policies”. Portal.Arise.com

Hi JP,
Thank you so much for sharing the steps. its really helpful. when we execute this condition we could see huge number of CI in that list. Is there any way or condition to identify any specific CI's?

Hi Balaji,
I would suggest you remove from the list what has been updated by "system". Also, add the "Updated by" field in your list to see if you have other updaters you don't want.
Regards.
