How to add additional overall Dashboard filtering?

We currently have a Dashboard the is used extensively by multiple groups. It is our Day to Day operations Dashboard and the table source is Incident. There are multiple visualization reports/widgets and there is already Breakdown filtering at these Levels and Order: Tower, Act as filter - Tower Head(100), Sub-Tower, Act as filter - Sub-Tower Head (200), ITIl Assignment Groups, Act as filter - Assignment Group (300), Manager, Act as filter - Manager (400). We have a request to filter the whole Dashboard when Tower is the Parent = eCommerce, exclude associated parent.parent Assignment Groups = toC Websphere QA, Costco Logistics - EHDS/Descartes Support, Costco Logistics - Highjump Support, Costco Logistics - ServiceBench Support, eBusiness - Performance Platform, eBusiness - Platform and Operations (NonProd), eBusiness - QA Automation, ecomm Content, IS ebusiness BAs

Please try adding Interactive Filters on your Dashboard and the reports will be updated according to the filters dynamically.

I am still not quite understanding how to get an Interactive Filter to apply to all of the reports and at a level below or on the same level when using the Breakdown Source Breakdown filtering at these Levels and Order: Tower, Act as filter - Tower Head(100), Sub-Tower, Act as filter - Sub-Tower Head (200), ITIl Assignment Groups, Act as filter - Assignment Group (300)? We do not want records to show for Dashboard when Tower is the Parent = eCommerce.
