How to assign different colors in Donut charts based on different Values in service now reporting.

Hi Team,

I need to assign to different   colors to donut charts based on different values in report.

i am using incident_sla database view and color should be different and based on below Stage column values.

• Achieved (Green)
• In Progress (Yellow)
• Cancelled (Grey)
• Breached (Red)

Did you try running the report once? I believe it comes automatically once proper chart colors are set on the right values

Hi,

No after the setting the correct values.

not reflecting correct colors in the report.

Can you set the value to the backend one, ie for Breached choice, it should be breached in smaller case.

OOB, there are 2 chart colors on incident_sla, Just updates these colors and take a copy if it new ones and change the value.

Even after changing the values in Smaller not working as expeted.

Just one last setting and it should work for you as expected. On the Report Type setting, For Chart color select the option as Use chart colors (id defined)
