I have charts where I want colors to be consistent for all. Below is a simple chart but the colors are not consistent. In the first chart, eHealth category has a blue color, while on the second one, it has green. I cannot setup chart colors for this because this is based on count and the category is not a field in the incident. It won't allow me to dotwalk.
I've tried to add sort field (the group by field) for both, but does not work. The colors are the same as the image.
These colors are based on the default colors (OOB) but how can I set it to be consistent for all reports?

Hi Maria,
You can control the Report's chart color. For this you need to navigate Reports-->Administration-->Chart Colors and set the color as per your requirement. Request you to search the existing color provided by searching the table name in the 'Name' column and field name in the 'Element' column. Once you get the filtered result, you may decide which color is needed to be set against which 'Value'.
One thing, you should remember that the chart color would be consistent across the Table for a particular Element-Value combination and this will be reflected on every reports reported based on the same table and element.
For your better clarification here I'm giving you one OOB example. As per the below screenshot, whenever any Chart report is generated/will be generated, every time 'inquiry' category of Incident will be shown in green color. Against the inquiry category in the Incident the Green color will remain same always in every existing report or any reports which will be created.
