How to calculate duration taken by an particular assignment group to close a ticket in HRSD

Hi Team,

Currently we are looking for an functionality where we should able to calculate duration taken by an particular assignment group (ABC group) to close that particular case (duration taken from case assigned to ABC group till case gets closed)

or else how much time an case was under ABC group.
