How to create a custom quarterly report in Performance analytics?

My company quarter start from November. So, i would like to create a trend chart with quarterly results, example Q1 report should contain November to January data.

ServiceNow considers the usual FY i.e. from March to April. But, i want to change it from November to October.

Thank you Jeff! so- could you please clarify if I modified the business calendar according to our company financial year / quarter, will it reflect in Reports and PA ?

If you modify an existing business calendar, you will invalidate all Performance Analytics scores you had previously collected against that calendar. They will not be compatible with scores you collect after you modify the calendar.

I was suggesting you look into whether you should create a new business calendar to fit how you have quarters defined in your company. I am a little surprised that you have already created a business calendar but not one that conformed to you company's calendar.

When you have a new custom business calendar, you then create entirely new indicator sources and indicators that use that calendar, as per indicator sources documentation and in Create an automated indicator. PA supports business calendars only starting in the Quebec release.
