How to create a Dynamic Dashboard

Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein I need to create a dashboard which will be dynamic. 

Plese refer to the following image-
A should be able to see the data which is highlighted in green whereas B should be able to see the data which is highlighted in yellow. 

I tried creating this in PA and UI builder but was unsuccessful.
Please let me know if someone has worked on a similar requirement. Thank you in advance.

Is there any relation between Sr manager column and other columns?

are they from same table ?

Thank you for your response.
Actually, there's a field "Manager" which is a reference to User table and on User table there's a same field manager which is a reference to User table. So here we are considering that users A & B are managers to users only and not to any assignment groups.

Are the senior Managers (A and B) manage each color section?

If so you can add dynamic filter in your report instead, something like 

AssignmentGroup.Manager.Manager is dynamic (Me) so based on who looks at the dashboard A or B they will only see the data for the managers they manager

Hi Viraj,

The requirement can be achievable using Performance analytics.

Create different breakdown source as per the conditions(Executive/Sr. Manager or Manager or Assignment group) and either assign to PA dashboard or Indicators.
