How to create Pie Chart in Performance Analytics

Hi, I need help on how to create Pie Chart that has breakdown by Country based on the Company Field (Company field is a reference field (Company table) that has Country in it) in Performance Analytics. I can't find any example in the Wiki nor in the OOB configuration).

What do you see when you click on the UI action on the indicator


"Show scorecard " or "Scores for this indicator?"


Are there results collected? If so the issue may   be that your using a yearly indicator, and the scores of 2017 are not complete yet...


If your looking for the rolling 12 month average, maybe a normal report would fit your needs better...

Thanks Arnoud, I don't quite get this . I see the score in the indicator (below)
So, what are the rules to get a pie chart can be created in PA? i.e. indicator source frequency? tickets closed on last month only? etc.?




What I'm trying achieve is actually to show total tickets closed in the past 12 months by country/region.

I don't see any data for your breakdown by Country.   I do see the total but nothing by country because you would see a count next to each country.   I would check that first and make sure you get that working correctly first.



Thoughts here:


1. I prefer to do my frequency as monthly or daily which is a smaller increment that will allow me to do Time Series up into quarters, months, years, etc if I want to



From what I have seen in my Helsinki instance, Pie charts only seems to take your last score no matter what your increment is.   If I wanted to select the previous time unit, Im not able to either.   Maybe someone will see this and add that as an idea for Service Now continuous improvement



Once you get your breakdown correct, your Pie Chart Breakdown Widget will work though
