Since there is no way to limit users by any filter other than Active=true in the email recipients dropdown (as I have been told via case and thus submitted an Idea for: https://support.servicenow.com/ideas?id=view_idea&sysparm_idea_id=637c2fa283cf9e50cdbbc430feaad3d1&s...). I am looking to entirely disable the export via email functionality. Does anyone does if or how this could be done? Specifically, the "Send file via email" option when you click on "Export" for both a Data Visualization or Dashboard in Platform Analytics.
