How to filter out 'other' and add data table without chart in dashboard

Hello everyone,

Hopefully someone can answer my 2 questions.

1st I want to to create a basic bar chart that shows me all the 'Requester countries' for the cases. On the surface that is simple enough but I have a lot of cases that have the 'Requester countries' either empty or marked as 'Other'. As these are currently the majority of cases I want to filter them out to get a better picture of the most used countries.

I can filter out the 'empty' without issues by just using the filter 'Requester country' is not empty. However I cannot get rid of the 'other' category. I tried a 'is not' and 'does not contain' 'Other' filter but it still always shows up. 

Any idea how to get rid of 'Other'?

Here is what it looks like.

2nd: Is it possible to just show the data table without the chart in a dashboard. I know you can hide the chart in a report by making the chart size '0'. However as soon as I import the report into a dashboard the chart part reappears even though the chart size is set to '0'.

It is probably not possible but maybe someone can confirm.

To remove others, uncheck this box on the report configuration

Sure, no problem

Re the second point, you can try to change the report (or create a new one )form bar to list and show that. that is the only thing I can think of.
