Is there any way to find out the incidents or change or problem where assignment group updated more than once by using performance analytics?
For example, Incidents first assigning to "assignment Group 1". later the team identified it was not assigned to the proper assignment group and then they updating to "assignment Group 2". In the PA report, I want to display the records updated from "Group 1" to "Group 2".
Is it possible to create a report without using any metrics table?

Thanks, Thomas
But in my case, we need to create a report without using metrics tables.
Is it possible to create a report using performance analytics without capture data in the metrics table?

You have to have a way of capturing the Assignment Group that the Incident starts in and then goes to. The only way to accomplish this is with a Metric. Think of it like one data point that needs to be captured and then the second data point that has to be captured.
In this case, the Metric grabs the Date and time, Assignment Group (and other things, depending on what you need). Every time anyone of these change, it captures that data point. Then stores those data points in a table that you can access.
Metric Definitions is the only way that you can capture this. There is one for the Assignment Group already created.
