How to get initial assignment group and assigned to fields values in reports

Hello,

 

I want to show the initial assignment group and assigned to users in the incident report. Is that possible?

Could anyone please provide steps to achieve this report?

You need to create a report on Metric table to get the 1st Assignment group and Assigned user, Refer the below article, which helps you.
