How to give Share report access for ITil   users

add the role: "report_group" this will allow users to share the report.

Does "report_group" just allow sharing or does it also allow additional functionality such as scheduling as well?

Hello Irfan,

You can assign report_global role to   the ITIL users so that they can share globally, if you want to share only to specific group in which the user is added then go with report_group role which allows user to share only to his added groups,
