How to limit the Write Access of Platform Analytics Dashboard to Admin users only?

I want to limit the Write Access for the "Platform Analytics Dashboards" to Admin users only. I tried modifying ACLs on pa_dashboard and par_dashboard but nothing worked out. 

Can anyone help me out on this?

We are limiting it for a while as Our Customer is not very well versed with ServiceNow. They go ahead and do hit and trial and create multiple dashboards in the process while they need only one. 

We want to limit this access until customer is trained on this.
