How to modify the Problem Overview dashboard and link a new dashboard

I am trying to add a new (Platform Analytics)dashboard (copied OOB Problem Management and modified it). I need to replace the current Problem Overview dashboard (problem_dashboard_launcher.do) with the new one. I am not really sure on how to do that in the URL arguments. Any suggestions?

As the info message says, you are in a different scope so you can't edit the module record. Switch to the Global scope and modify the URL argument to your dashboard's url.
