How to show monthly backlog of Problems in ServiceNow Reporting

Hi All,
I want to show a bar graph showing trend of last 6 months or 1 year to show at the end of month how many problem tickets were open in total.

Thanks for your reply @AndersBGS , I already tried this option. This only shows the tickets open/created and that particular month not adding the previous month backlog. I am more after showing the backlog PRB ticket each month.

Hi @JatinderP ,
Ok, so to understand correct, you want to show:
- How many tickets were created in a given month?
- How many tickets were resolved in given month?
- How many tickets is in open state given month?
Is above correct understood? If it is, then for the last metric (open state in given month) you can only do this by utilizing Performance Analytics, as this will take a snapshot of the data.
