How to use count data that is created by Multilevel pivot tables?

I want to display the results of a calculation in a separate column using the aggregated counts in a multi pivot table. 

Is there a way to use the aggregated counts in a multi-pivot table as other data sources?

That is not possible in multi pivot tables, neither in the 'old' reporting module nor in PAE.
