I am not able to see data in Customer satisfaction score in Service Quality tab in Success Dashboard

I have installed IT Success dashboard and executed the jobs. For all the widgets in success dashboard i can see the data but am not able to see data in Customer satisfaction score in Service Quality tab in Success Dashboard. 
Can I know how these calculated and which indicators is are using to populate this?
