I am unable add filters to my widgets in dashboard which is in Platform Analytics workspace.

Is this out of the box (OOTB)? If yes, then I don’t think we can make any changes to it directly. You will need to copy it and then add the required filters on the new dashboard.

No, It's not OOTB. It's customized one 

In the screenshot above, I can see that you already have a filter applied. Could you clarify where you think it is missing or what exactly isn’t working?
