How to map fixed colors to dynamic values in ServiceNow Reports (sys_report)

We are using a static color palette in ServiceNow reports, but the data values are dynamic.

For example, we want to enforce specific colors for specific values:

• High → Dark Red

• Medium → Red

• Low → Yellow

Even if the data changes, the colors should always remain mapped to these values.

How can we configure this in ServiceNow Reports (sys_report) so that the same values always get the same colors?

@instead of configuring a color palette, you should configure the color based on breakdown mapping.

by doing this, you can ensure that the specific breakdowns always have the same color.
